Strength & Conditioning

 

Easy to follow strength and conditioning as part of the programs

Strength and conditioning is vital to improve mobility, injury resistance as well as making you a fast and efficient runner.

All the strength and conditioning sessions will be based on your own specific needs.

The plans will show step by step pictures and videos of every exercise taken from a database of over 5000 exercises.

Cycle Coaching

 

Cycle Coaching with Henrietta Colborn

The cycle coaching will be delivered by Henrietta. You will be in safe hands with her incredible experience, enthusiasm and knowledge.

Neil is an excellent coach and a really nice guy. I booked an open water session in Keswick as a bit unsure of that part of my upcoming first triathlon. Not only has Neil set my mind at ease for that and given some tips for the swim and the triathlon overall, but he also significantly improved my technique in just one hour. By the end I was swimming faster while expending less energy. As someone in my fifties just getting into fitness for fun, I was slightly worried before meeting him that as a high level coach he might pitch the session at too high a level for me - no such problems at all, he picked up exactly on what I wanted, and is an expert in the link between enjoyment and performance. While I swam I even got a bit of a tourist guide to the lake's islands and surrounding hills. Really enjoyed the whole experience. Highly recommended.
