Lakes2Tri Endurance Club is a friendly, inclusive community for people who enjoy endurance sport in the Lake District.
Whether you're taking your first steps into swimming, cycling or running, training for your first triathlon, preparing for an endurance challenge, or simply looking for people to train and socialise with, our club is designed to support athletes of all abilities.
We believe endurance sport should be welcoming, enjoyable and accessible. Our members range from complete beginners through to experienced athletes, and everyone is encouraged to train, learn and progress at their own pace.
What We Offer
Weekly Open Water Swim Sessions
Join our regular coached and supervised open water swim sessions in the stunning lakes of the Lake District.
These sessions are suitable for a wide range of abilities and focus on confidence, technique, safety and enjoyment.
All swim sessions must be booked in advance.
Regular Social Bike Rides
Explore some of the UK's most spectacular cycling routes with our friendly group rides.
Our social rides are designed to be welcoming and supportive, providing a great opportunity to meet other members while building fitness and confidence.
Regular Run Sessions
From technique and skills sessions to social group runs and structured training sessions, our regular runs cater for all levels of runner.
Whether you're aiming for your first 5km or your next marathon, you'll find support within the club.
Workshops and Learning Opportunities
Throughout the year we run a variety of workshops covering topics such as:
- Open water swimming
- Running technique
- Cycling skills
- Strength and conditioning
- Race preparation
- Nutrition and hydration
- Equipment and bike maintenance

£10 joining fee
